We keep a bird feeder on our back deck, just outside our kitchen window. We love the birds it attracts. This painting depicts two chickadees and a nuthatch sharing the feeder. (Sharing the feeder isn't something the nuthatch likes. They usually chase off other birds.)
We also get pine grosbeaks, sparrows, woodpeckers and the occasional squirrel.
