Fall Drift On The 'Park

  A couple of years ago I got the chance to fish the Agulopak River in the Wood-Tikchik State Park.  That's a real treat, because it is difficult to get there.  Aside from a cabin for the Forest Service Ranger, there are no buildings there.  Access is by float plane or a long trip by river boat.  We were fortunate to be at a lodge which stores fishing boats on the shore.  A boat is a real advantage because the 'Park is a big river with a strong current.  Fishing from the shore or in the water is difficult.
